If your Pocket NC machine is over 2 years old(1 year for the Pocket NC V2-8Lite) or has changed ownership, our remote service subscription ensures you get the support and maintenance needed to keep it operating at peak performance.

Access expert assistance via phone or email for troubleshooting, applications support, and general technical guidance. Guarantee of a response via phone or email within 3 business days although we are almost always much faster than that.Mechanical & Software Diagnosis
Our team will remotely diagnose mechanical or software issues to help you identify and solve problems. In-house repairs and parts replacement will incur additional fees.Part Setup & Program Debugging

However, please note that complete resolution of all issues via remote support is not guaranteed. Some hardware-related problems, mechanical failures, or persistent issues may require the machine to be sent to our facility for in-depth inspection and repair. If our team determines that further remote troubleshooting is unlikely to resolve the issue, we will recommend sending the machine in for physical repairs. Additional fees may apply for shipping, parts and labor.
Cancellation - Service subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.
